Our competitors have already established a foothold in the mid-price range handleless kitchen market, making it essential for us to position our offering competitively and effectively communicate its value. Following the research and ideation phase, the team collaborated to ensure the webpage was ready for launch by the deadline. Marketing and Sales contributed by crafting SEO-rich copy for the page, while the Development team worked to address any technical complexities before the design was finalised. The design was then presented to senior stakeholders for approval.

Utilising Hotjar to our advantage and watching users interacting with other webpages on our site helped inform how to design and structure the new webpage for higher conversion and longer user sessions.


Analysing the webpage after go-live is really fundamental to help understand what went well and possible friction points - and how we can address these for future designs and iterate on current designs also.


User interviews


Speaking to our target demographic helped alleviate assumptions and give a clear concise idea of what our user goals were and highlighted them as key strategic items we had to address to help create a impactful user experience.
